Each apartment is professionally painted, cleaned and has either carpet/flooring replacement or a professional cleaning. A final walk through prior to receiving keys is done by the Service Manager, along with an additional walk through my the management team to ensure your new home is ready.

No. As long as we have permission to enter during your absence, maintenance can have all work completed before you're home for the day.

Service requests can easily be entered right through your resident portal. If you're having difficulty, our office can always be reached for assistance at 804-395-5326

A parking garage attached to the building is available for all residents.

Our luxurious amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, state-of-the-art clubroom available 24 hours, meditation room, private working spaces, pool with several outdoor kitchen areas, to include two Green Egg smokers, as well as a pizza oven, gas firepit and our pet spa.

Our pool and outdoor seating are available for use between 8 AM and 10 PM daily.

Yes! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Pet fees and breed restrictions apply.

Your apartment includes a refrigerator, stove/oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher and full size washer and dryer.

We do not offer furnished apartments, but are happy to recommend a furniture rental company.


We strive to respond to all applications within 24-48 hours.

You may pay rent through our secure online rental portal. We also partner with Flex Pay, a service that enables you to split monthly rental payments into smaller installments.

We do require all residents to maintain an active renter's insurance policy. Those who do not provide a 3rd party policy will automatically be enrolled in our liability waiver program with a $13 monthly fee.

You have the option of Verizon or Comcast for your cable and internet needs.

You may terminate your lease agreement early by providing a 60 day written notice and paying an early termination fee equal to 2 month's rent.

Prior to move in, you must contact Dominion Energy to start service in your name effective your lease start date. Water/Sewer will be set up for you by our staff prior to move in. We will provide you with the contact information for a Verizon or Comcast representative who will take care of all of your cable and internet needs.

All utilities are the resident's responsibility.


There is a transit less than 1 mile walking distance, with several bus stops within just steps from the community.

We are located in the Henrico County school district.


Our community can be accessed directly from Interstate 64. If traveling eastbound, you'll take exit 185B US-33/Staples Mill Road. You'll go a half mile and make a left on Thalbro Street and less than half a mile to Maywill Street and Tapestry West will be located on your left. If you are traveling westbound, you'll take exit 185 and keep left at the fork to merge onto US-33 E/Staples Mill Road, continuing a half mile to Thalbro Street and less than half mile to Maywill street where Tapestry West will be located on your left.
